Paradigm Consultants, LLC opened for business on July 5, 2001 with a simple concept: be a "one-stop shop," providing a suite of needed services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Over time the services available to our clients has grown and evolved to reflect the demands and — more importantly — the requests and suggestions of our clients. In order to keep costs affordable, and to provide flexibility, the firm has developed an extensive network of contacts in the business community. This allows us to accommodate every need and tackle any size project through independent contractors.
Beginning as a sole proprietorship under the name of Philbrick Research and Consulting, in May 2002, the firm reorganized to a limited liability company, and in September 2003 changed its name to more accurately reflect its focus. Sole ownership of the firm is vested in its founder, Leland B. Philbrick.
